User Privacy Choices
Manage your KFT information, permissions, and privacy requests.
Access or correct your information
Use the profile and family controls in KFT to review or update information available to you. For information you cannot change in the app, submit a request through the KFT contact form.
Download or export your information
Use KFT's in-app backup and export controls when available. You may also ask for a copy of your personal information through the KFT contact form. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Delete your account and data
You can start account deletion from within the KFT app. Open your account or profile settings and choose the account-deletion option. If you cannot access your account, use the KFT contact form and select support or privacy in your message.
Deleting an account may remove or de-identify information associated with that account. Some family content may remain when another authorized family member owns it or when it is needed to preserve shared conversations and records. Limited information may also be retained temporarily in backups or when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Control sharing within your family
Use KFT's family, feature, and item-level privacy controls to choose which authorized family members can access supported content. Before sharing sensitive information, review the audience shown in the app.
Manage device permissions
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > Privacy & Security to review access to Contacts, Photos, Camera, and Location Services. Open Settings > Notifications to control KFT notifications. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Marketing and website requests
You may ask us to stop beta or launch communications by replying to a message you received or submitting a request through the KFT contact form. KFT does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Submit a privacy request
Use the KFT contact form to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. Describe the request and provide the email address associated with your KFT account. Do not include passwords or sensitive family content in the form.
